If you do not have insurance, you will be expected to pay the entire consultation fee at the time of your visit. Any additional fees for medically necessary procedures or testing will be billed to you and payment is required within 30 days.
When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.

We are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Questions regarding your coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
