Insurance Billing and Payments
Pulmonary Medicine, Infectious Disease and Critical Care Consultants Medical Group, Inc., is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we provide insurance billing. Be aware that any costs not covered by insurance are your responsibility. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Patient Financial Policy.
For services that are not covered by insurance, payment is due at the time of your appointment. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
