She further specialized in Pediatric Pulmonary care during her fellowship at the University of California, Irvine - Miller Children's Hospital. Her medical education began at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. Prior to this, she laid the foundation for her medical career with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
